Hey everyone! So this post was not at all planned and completely spontaneous because something arrived this morning that I just couldn’t wait to share with you all.
So you may have spotted the Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser on my recent post – my lust list. Now I actually didn’t have intentions of buying some so soon after I’d lusted over it but after hearing some more great recommendations and popping over to the Liz Earle website and falling in love with everything on there, I decided now was the time to treat myself – and if you can’t during exam season, when can you?
So with all that said, I’d like to present an unboxing to you all. Now it should be said that I haven’t yet tried the cleanse and polish but I have total faith that I’m going to love it and it will definitely be getting its own review when I’ve spent time fully testing it out. So let’s get to it!
Firstly – let’s talk about delivery. I ordered from the Liz Earle website itself rather than another provider such as boots purely because it is free delivery on orders over £20 so I couldn’t miss the chance! The delivery was supposed to be 3-5 days but it has been super speedy – I ordered on Tuesday night and the package had arrived by today, Friday morning. The package was amazingly wrapped. It came in a medium cardboard box, with fragile stated on the package and inside, contained a whole bunch of those kidney bean shaped polystyrene pieces. It was also gorgeous wrapped – it had gorgeous pink tissue paper, a letter, and a cute little heart sticker – I know, I’m a child for loving this stuff but cute packaging goes a long way in my book.
So, I should probably tell you what I bought at this point – there is a special offer on at the moment, until midnight on the 10th of May to get the original cleanse and polish in a 100ml pump, along side a 150ml pump tube of a limited edition cleanse and polish, and 4 muslin cloths all for £29 (bonus – free delivery on orders over £20). Obviously, I couldn’t pass this up because it saved me £10 and means I can share them with my mum and we an both try out both types. I picked the Jasmine and Osmanthus limited edition scent and so far, I love everything. The packaging of the products themselves are really good quality, and the limited edition one comes in a cute little tin, with silver edged muslin cloths compared to the ordinary green (again, something probably only I care about). As a little bonus, I was very very happy to receive a free 15ml sample tube of the Intensive Nourishing Treatment Mask, which comes with another extra muslin cloth and is normally £6 so I was so impressed with that!
Overall, I can’t wait to get cracking with all three of the products I got, I’m so excited for all of them and will be letting you all know what I think of all three of them in the future so watch this space!
Thanks for reading!
Love, S x
